What is CBD Oil?

How does CBD oil work?

The remedy begins to work after 15 to 30 minutes. The duration of action is between 4 and 6 hours. There is no specific time at which the product should be taken. The best thing to do is to drip the oil directly under the tongue and wait a minute before swallowing it. This way the effect occurs much faster.
If the taste is too bitter for you, you can mix the product with quark, yoghurt or other liquid foods.

The ingredients of CBD develop their effect via so-called cannabinoid receptors not only in the brain, but also on the nerve endings of the entire body and on certain cells of the immune system.
It is important that the body gets used to the drug slowly, so you should be careful with the dosage.

In itself, the dosage, depending on which health issue you want to address, is individual. In addition, metabolism, body weight, your own body chemistry and general health also play a role. As a beginner, one drop a day is enough. The dose can then be increased step by step or, if necessary, reduced again.

Since it is a purely herbal composition, an overdose with consequential damage is as good as impossible.
Alternatively, the oil can also be rubbed onto the areas of the body to be treated.

The dietary supplement described is intended to reduce or combat many different symptoms. For example, it helps against anxiety disorders, ADHD, stress, epilepsy, headaches, depression or muscle hardening.

CBD oil can also help with weight loss.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects have not yet been fully researched at this point in time.

In very rare cases, nausea, diarrhea or tiredness have been reported.

However, pregnant women should refrain from taking it, as consumption can lead to malfunctions in the supply of nutrients to the child.

In combination with other medication or alcohol, it is advisable to consult a doctor beforehand.

When buying, you should always pay close attention to the ingredients. No chemical additives or pesticides may be used during cultivation. Also pay attention to the note “GMO-free”.
